A FREE site visit will be done before any work is undertaken & the price confirmed once the site visit is completed

A sub frame is built first this is secured to your roof trusses or main framing, this is what the attic stairs will then be fastened to ensuring a strong safe area for you

The price does not cover the moving of any lighting, plumbing, insulation etc that may be where you want the attic ladder to go or any patching up of where the old roof entrance was

To create more storage space I can line your roof with boards, these are strong enough to walk on, this creates that goldmine of storage (this is extra)
